1. Safety Vision

OmniHuman is committed to building a responsible AI creation platform. Generative AI can help you explore, learn, and create — but it must be used in a responsible, legal, and safe manner.

We have zero tolerance for:

• Content that violates laws or regulations
• Content that infringes the rights of others
• Content that endangers public safety
• Fraudulent or misleading content
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors

This policy applies to all activities on OmniHuman, including uploading content, entering prompts, generating content, sharing content, and interacting with other users.

2. Age Requirement

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age of consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• Users under 18 are not permitted to use the Service.
• We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from users below the minimum age. Violating accounts may be terminated.

3. User Responsibilities

Rights to Input Content

• You must have the necessary rights to all materials you upload or input
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to use
• Users and/or original rights holders retain ownership and intellectual property rights in input content
• Using our Service does not change or transfer those rights

Rights to Generated Content

• Between OmniHuman and the user, rights in generated content belong to the user, subject to applicable law and plan terms
• Ownership of AI-generated content is still evolving legally; rules may change as regulations develop
• Except for the limited licenses described in our Terms, OmniHuman does not claim independent intellectual property rights over user-generated content

Limited License Granted to the Platform

To operate the Service, users grant OmniHuman a limited license to use content for lawful purposes including service operation, product improvement, moderation, and marketing, as described in our Terms of Service.

Content Responsibility

• You bear full responsibility for all content generated using the Service
• OmniHuman does not represent or endorse any AI-generated output
• AI outputs may contain errors or biases and do not reflect the platform's views
• Verify content before important or commercial use

4. Prohibited Content

The following restrictions apply to all interactions with OmniHuman, including generation, uploads, and other use of the Service.

4.1 Dangerous or Illegal Activities

• Content violating applicable laws or regulations
• Using personal data or biometric information of others without legally required consent
• Content infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
• Instructions for illegal substances, goods, or services
• Non-consensual tracking or monitoring of others

4.2 Actions that Compromise Safety

• Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
• Abusing, damaging, or disrupting the Service or others' infrastructure
• Bypassing abuse protections or security filters

4.3 Harmful Content

• Hate speech or discrimination based on protected characteristics
• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or abuse
• Violence or incitement of violence
• Extremism or terrorism promotion
• Self-harm or suicide promotion

4.4 False Information and Fraud

• Fraud, scams, or deceptive activities
• Impersonation of others without disclosure to deceive
• False professional claims in sensitive areas to deceive others
• Political or health misinformation intended to deceive
• Claiming AI-generated content is entirely human-created to deceive

4.5 Intellectual Property Violations

• Generating content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights
• Creating unauthorized deepfakes or likenesses of real persons without consent
• Using the Service to remove or circumvent third-party watermarks, logos, or rights-management measures on content you do not own or have rights to modify
• Creating counterfeit goods or unauthorized brand impersonation

4.6 Sexual and Adult Content

The Service is not intended for adult or sexual content creation. The following are strictly prohibited in prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and shared content:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content — including nudity intended for sexual arousal, sexual acts, fetish content, or erotic material
• Using the Service to create, request, edit, share, distribute, or promote adult sexual content in any form
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance; we report CSAM to relevant authorities where required by law
• Non-consensual intimate images, including AI-generated intimate imagery of real persons without their consent
• Sexual content intended to harass, exploit, blackmail, or deceive others

5. Exceptions

We may make limited exceptions for educational, documentary, scientific research, or artistic purposes where the public benefit clearly outweighs potential harm — but only for content that does not fall under Section 4.6 (Sexual and Adult Content). Pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content is never eligible for an exception. Contact us before such use if you are unsure.

6. Trust and Safety

6.1 Proactive Protection

• Uploaded images and videos may be scanned for policy violations
• Prompts and text inputs may be filtered for harmful content
• Pre-generation and post-generation checks may be applied

6.2 Human Oversight

Our team may review reported content, flagged content, and conduct periodic audits to improve safety systems.

Users are encouraged to report violating content — including prompts, uploads, and generated outputs — through our support channels.
